"We recently took my car to Best One Tire in Glasgow for an alignment. Waiting to have something done to your vehicle is usually not a very pleasant experience. But this time, it was completely different! The waiting area in their facility is very comfortable and spacious, even quiet! All three ladies seated at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The service technicians that came in and out of the area were so polite and professional interacting with customers and each other. I even overheard one of the ladies praising one of their newer technicians for doing such a great job. What a lovely experience overall! I Highly recommend best one tire if you need their services for your vehicle!"

"I was headed home from a business trip that took me to Tennessee. I was headed back to Richmond, Ky. I made it to mile marker 6 on Cumberland Parkway, we lost a belt. I called around and Best One was recommended. I called them. The lady answering the phone was extremely helpful. She let me know a Tech was on the way. About 45 minutes later a man shows up. He spotted the issue right away. He said unfortunately “I can’t fix it out here, but if you have it towed to the shop I’ll stay over tonight and get you fixed up”. It was cold, rainy and spitting snow. The techs name was Elvis, he helped us with getting the tow truck. Once the tow truck arrived, it was about an hour or two past there closing time. We followed the tow truck to best one. Elvis kept in contact with me, the whole time. Sure enough when the tow truck pulled up Elvis had the bay door up and waiting. He quickly got to work on it. He recommended family style restaurant to eat while he fixed us up. That restaurant was amazing. About the time we paid the bill, he text me. Letting me know the job was done. Elvis we all at Rick’s Electric in Richmond, Ky thank you for you kindness and willingness to help us out. We appreciate you!! Again thank you."
